Coinsilium lifts Predictive Labs stake to 14.9% after Nijinn reaches integrated Alpha

The venture’s analytics platform completed Milestone 4 and Stage 2, clearing the way for more funding and a planned public rollout later this year.

Coinsilium Group Limited has increased its investment in Predictive Labs to US$450,000 after Nijinn completed Milestone 4 and Stage 2 and began operating end to end as an integrated Alpha. The latest move lifted Coinsilium’s holding to about 14.91%.

In the company’s latest announcement, Seedcoin Limited exercised a further US$100,000 preference share subscription right. That took Coinsilium’s stake up from 11.99%, or 7,630 preference shares, to 9,810 preference shares and about 14.91% of Predictive Labs’ issued share capital.

Coinsilium also retained the right to subscribe for another US$50,000 under the initial US$500,000 investment stage. If that right is used, the company’s interest would rise to about 16.29%.

The development milestone centred on Nijinn’s Alpha user interface and Indexing Engine. Under the integrated Alpha, the interface runs on top of the underlying data pipeline, while the Indexing Engine organises normalised market data into a unified global index used by the Nijinn interface.

Predictive Labs said the core user experience now covers market discovery, event and market analytics, watchlists and account functionality. Its administrative infrastructure includes user and administrator management, accuracy monitoring, revenue and attribution functions, entitlement management and administrative review of market data.

Nijinn Pro is being developed with cross-venue arbitrage, informed directional trading, market making and real-world hedging tools. The company also says Nijinn is analytics-only, and is not itself a prediction market or trading venue. It does not execute trades, custody assets or hold positions.

After Stage 2, Predictive Labs was moving towards user acceptance testing and a live minimum viable product stage. The free version is expected to launch after Pioneer Circle testing, with a broader public launch targeted for September.

The commercial Pro tier is planned around Token2049 in Singapore in early October. The latest funding step follows Coinsilium’s earlier 14 July disclosure that its investment in Predictive Labs stood at US$350,000, or 11.99%, after the initial investment announced on 16 March.

Coinsilium framed the move against broader momentum in prediction markets, saying liquidity and pricing intelligence have become more fragmented as trading activity spreads across more venues. Its announcement cited Reuters reporting that Kalshi handled about US$27 billion of volume and around 3 million users during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and that Polymarket was in early talks to raise about US$1 billion at a valuation above US$20 billion.
